Flexible and Reliable Flow Measurement

The SITRANS FM portfolio offers an integrated platform that enables flexible use of the transmitters MAG 5000 and 6000 together with all sensors in the series, including MAG 5100, 3100, and 1100. With the unique SensorProm technology, critical, sensor-specific data is stored and automatically transferred to the transmitter, making commissioning simple and smooth.

The system is designed for maximum user-friendliness with Plug & Play functionality, allowing quick replacement and installation on-site within minutes. The transmitters are also "hot-swappable," meaning they can be replaced during operation without disrupting the process. Due to its mounting flexibility, they can be installed in both compact and separate configurations, depending on the application’s needs.

To ensure the highest possible measurement accuracy, each Siemens flow meter is calibrated at individually accredited facilities according to ISO/IEC 17025. The system is also designed for easy service and diagnostics, with the ability for on-site verification through the SITRANS FM Verificator, ensuring reliable measurement results over time.

Transmitter MAG 5000/6000 (Electronics Unit)

MAG 5000 and MAG 6000 are transmitters designed for high performance

The meter is built with easy installation, commissioning, and maintenance in mind. The transmitters evaluate signals from SITRANS FM sensors MAG 1100, MAG 1100 F, MAG 3100, MAG 3100 P, and MAG 5100 W.
